About me

I am Vansh Bordia, an engineer who does his best work inside customer teams. I have onboarded 20 organizations onto a platform I built, integrated point-of-sale systems with delivery networks, and automated NGO operations from the inside.

Forward deployed work rewards people who listen first and ship second. I deploy on customer infra, train their teams, document everything, and turn frontline friction into product improvements.

Why me

Software does not sell itself. I have repeatedly taken platforms into real customer environments, wired them into existing tools, and stayed until the team could run them alone.

Forward deployed work is where I am strongest: sitting with the people who use the system, deploying it on their stack, integrating their tools, and training their teams. RiftWatch went from my laptop to 20 pro orgs because I did the unglamorous onboarding, integration and support work, not just the code.
