Six years of owning technical decisions end to end: architecture, delivery, mentorship and the production calls that follow. I have architected a platform solo through to acquisition.

About me
I am Vansh Bordia, a tech lead with six years of shipping production systems. I started hosting game servers as a kid, learned architecture the hard way by owning outages, and now lead technical direction for AI and platform work.
The thing I bring to a lead role is that I stay technical. I write the reference implementation, review the hard pull requests, and I would rather fix a design in a doc than renegotiate it in production. I have taught 5,000+ students and coached teams to national podiums, so mentoring is something I do, not something I would do.
Why me
I have owned technical decisions end to end: a solo-founded AI platform taken to 20+ organizations and an acquisition, POS integrations across four delivery networks, and NGO operations automated for teams with no engineering function.
Tech lead work for me is architecture plus accountability. I design the system, write the code that proves the design, hold the deploy, and stay on the pager. Six years of production systems across AI platforms, data infrastructure and hospitality-grade integrations, plus technical and creative leadership of client delivery teams.
Architected and shipped an AI platform solo, from first gap to acquisition
Led technical delivery for 10+ SMB clients worldwide and 5 NGO teams
Mentored 5,000+ students across 100+ events, teams to national podiums
