Technical pre-sales end to end: discovery, demos and working proofs that win the room, adoption that outlives the win, and a deal strategy that closed an actual acquisition with full IP transfer.

About me
I am Vansh Bordia, a solution engineer who treats trust as the product. At RiftWatch I ran the full pre-sales arc solo: discovery calls to surface what teams actually lacked, working demos against real systems, integration with their existing workflows, and the conversations that turned pilots into adoption across 20+ organizations, three of them Tier-1, on a 6B+ row platform serving sub-500ms P90.
Deal strategy is a craft and I treated it as one: I negotiated the acquisition of RiftWatch, structuring the transfer of the full IP and technology stack. Before that I consulted 10+ SMB clients as their technical point of contact, and learned business development early by winning SolidWorks as a sponsor for an F1 in Schools team that reached the national finals in front of a 200,000-strong audience.
Why me
I sell with proof, not slogans: translated vague stakeholder requirements, built working demos on real infrastructure, handled technical blockers hands-on, and drove adoption after the win so value actually landed.
I found a market gap professional esports organizations could not name, built the product to prove it, and put working demos in front of coaches, analysts and management until 20+ organizations adopted the platform, including three Tier-1 teams. Then I drove deal strategy hands-on to the acquisition itself: full IP and technology transfer. I have consulted 10+ SMB clients end to end, translating vague requirements into scoped and delivered work, and my open-source data library has been adopted by 1,000+ developers worldwide.
